Infrastructure & Production

In Trading has two production facilities, both set up with a high level of mechanization geared towards solid and panel wood working. Each of these facilities function independently and are completely self contained. From raw wooden planks being processed into safe chemically treated and kiln dried lumber, then converted to highly accurate and machined furniture components, to assembled, finished and box packed furniture, these production facilities are not dependent on any external agencies. They are equipped to internally produce and ship high quality furniture to almost any part of the world. From 100% internal power backed resources, and a high level of material handling and machining capabilities, In Trading ensures not only a high degree of quality but also timely delivery of it’s products.

In Trading’s Manesar Plant is located just 20 minutes away from the Capital, New Delhi. This is not only our main plant but also the corporate headquarters for In Trading P Ltd.

This plant boasts integrated facilities for production, storage and delivery, spread in 70,000 sq. feet. There is over a 600KW power load factor with 100% power back up. One of the mainstay of our strength is our workforce. Our internal processes of selection, training and retention is amongst the best in the industry. Each person is assessed for competence and adaptability through several rounds of interviews. At present, in this facility, we have over 250 skilled workers and 30 administrative staff to ensure smooth production management.

Spread on 2 acres of prime industrial land, this facility is equipped with the following :

Production Facilities :

• Chemical Treatment for timber.
• Seasoning Kilns with a capacity of 30,000 cubit ft per month.
• Material handling equipment with racking systems for all raw materials.
• Over 80% of machining is imported with brand names such as Weinig, Buetferring, Altendorf, Balestrini, Holytek controlling 4 side planning, Wide Belt Sanding, Panel Sawing, Tenoning/Mortising, Laser guided ripping and various other machining centers.
• Central Dust Evacuation System for all machine centers.
• 7 Assembly bays.
• 6 wet type Spray booths for lacquer/sealer applications on finishing.
• Clean rooms for spray booths, fitting and QC areas.
• Mechanical loading bays.
• Automated Fire fighting systems for the complete unit.

Production Control Systems :

• Production governed by ERP systems developed by Microsoft Navision.
• All locations centrally controlled through ERP and a central server.
• 30 member staff to control production, shipping, finance, HR, taxation and maintenance.
• Individual handling desks for external locations of the company.
• Dedicated Managers for each departmental activity with structured reporting systems.

In Trading’s Churu Plant is located on NH-65, a 2 hour run from Jaipur in the state of Rajasthan.

This Unit similar to the Manesar Unit too has integrated facilities for production, storage and delivery, spread in 70,000 sq. feet with a 600KW power load factor with 100% power back up. At present, in this facility, we have over 400 skilled workers and 10 administrative staff to ensure smooth production management.

• 2 Chemical Treatment plants for timber with a capacity of processing 2500 cubic ft per day.
• 12 Seasoning Kilns with a capacity of 50,000 cubit ft per month.
• Material handling equipment with racking systems for all raw materials.
• Over 80% of machining is imported with brand names such as Weinig, Buetferring, Altendorf, Balestrini, Holytek, Torreda, controlling 4 side planning, Wide Belt Sanding, Panel Sawing, Tenoning/Mortising, Laser guided ripping, Automatic Lathe Machines and various other machining centers.
• Central Dust Evacuation Systems for all machine centers.
• 6 Assembly bays.
• 4 wet type Spray booths for lacquer/sealer applications on finishing.
• Automated overhead hanging finishing line for component finishing.
• Clean rooms for spray booths, fitting and QC areas.
• 2 Mechanical loading bays.
• Automated Fire fighting systems.
